El passat dia 15 de desembre de 2022, la Universitat de Girona (UdG) va concedir el títol de doctor honoris causa a Josep Amat i Girbau, que va rebre la distinció com a un dels científics més innovadors i de servei al país de les darreres dècades. L’acte d’investidura va tenir lloc a l’aula magna Modest Prats, el va presidir el rector Quim Salvi i hi va ser present el professor emèrit Joan Batlle, padrí del doctorand.
Dilluns 28 de novembre el CREB UPC va rebre a dos diputats de Junts per Catalunya (Ramon Tremosa-i-Balcells i Judith Toronjo Nofuentes), al director de l'Associació TECNIO (Manuel Palacín), al director del CIT UPC (Antonio Álvarez) i al director del grup de recerca CD6 (Santiago Royo). L’acte va iniciar amb una benvinguda institucional per part del Vicerector de la UPC (Climent Molins), seguida d’una presentació de l’associació TECNIO i una presentació dels grups TECNIO de la UPC on es presentava el centre i un projecte singular d’èxit de cadascun dels centres.
We are looking for a PhD researcher to work in the field of peptide chemistry and investigate click-chemistry methodologies to develop self-assembling hydrogels with multifunctional biological potential. This position is part of the Project “Bioactive and multifunctional peptide-based hydrogels obtained by bottom-up self-assembly for advanced biomedical applications” funded by the Spanish Research State Agency (AEI).
