DESCRIPTION:Session description \nThis session covers the commercial part of the tech-transfer work\, starting with the communication of the invention\, including the preparation of the technology offer\, identification of the correct profile within the companies to communicate the invention and their contact information\, and how to correctly contact them to maximize the chance of getting a response. And\, once we achieve a meeting with a company\, how to properly set this meeting to optimize the chances of transferring our technology. This session packs a lot of resources and practical information in a format aimed to be directly used in most tech-transfer scenarios. \n  \nSpeaker’s bio \nVicente’s background is in Human Biotechnology\, holding an MBA and a Master in Business Creation and Intellectual Property by the University of Gothenburg. Vicente’s experience ranges from pharmaceutical sales\, Intellectual property\, business development\, and tech-transfer. Currently\, he is co-founder and co-director of Viromii\, a consultancy firm focused on supporting valorization and tech-transfer operations of public and private R&D institutions. \n  \n#FEDERrecerca #FonsUECat \n
